(Mmh-mmh) Maybe we could bring back our tools. Maybe we could break all the rules. Yes, maybe, you should act like a fool ‘cause, maybe, they will talk about you. So, lately, we’ve been playing around. Lately, all the stares burn like fire gold. Everything we touch becomes gold. We don’t know why. We don’t know why. We should write another story, telling them we’re fine. ‘Cause for them we’ve missed our glory, buried down the alley. We should praise our skin and bones, before they frame them in their walls. Gods might question our words. Prove them we’re not wrong. We don’t know why. We don’t know why. Maybe we’ve been lost in our ways. Maybe we’ve been pushing away. Or, maybe, they’ve told us what to say. No, maybe, we’ve got what we’ve deserved. Maybe, strangers are double-faced, lately. Wonder how much they’ve kept. So, maybe, oh, you’re letting yourself, getting confessed, wasting your seconds instead. We don’t know why. We don’t know why. We don’t know why. Why, why, why, why Why, why, why, why Why, why, why, why Why, why, why, why

Baby, you tried so hard but you didn’t amaze me. Don’t speak the words that others use to praise me. If the real deal is there you have to tell me, tell me, tell me. Yeah, yeah, yeah Baby, what’s wrong ‘bout showing off the way you’re trembling. I think it’s cute when you can’t control everything, everything. Stop this nonsense, I just wanna break ya, break ya, break ya. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What you want but you never get. What you reached and didn’t expect. What you thought but you never said. Oh baby, tell me, tell me. What you want but you never get. What you reached and didn’t expect. What you thought but you never said. Oh baby, tell me, tell me. From time to time, I wish that you could give me something. Time to time, I wish that you could give me something. Time to time, I wish that you could give me something. Boy, I need the real deal. Oh, the real deal. Yeah, the real deal. Oh, the real deal.

Runnin’, runnin’ in circles. (They are) runnin’, runnin’ in circles. What is it like running in circles? (Tick, tack, tick, tack) Too much time waiting in line. (Waiting in line) Tried to melt some hearts, they’re broken. (Oh-oh) They won’t open their narrow minds. (Their narrow minds) What to say if they left names unspoken? May your words leave you behind (Mmh-mmh) ‘cause a man owns his own future, but everybody will play their part. (That’s my son, you know) Don’t you fail. Get in the way. (Who’s next, please?) What is it like feeding sorrows? (Ñam, ñam, ñam) Pull yourself together for once. (You know you put your own limits, right?) ‘Cause no one will fight your battles, but they’re too good at giving advice. (Giving advice) What to learn if there are no manners? (No, no, no) All they teach us is how to survive. (How to survive?) What about coping with failure? (Ouch) Try to be another man. Don’t (oh, don’t) you fail (you fail) Get in (get in) the way (the way) (Get in line, please)

(So, why not start?) If you’re gonna leave me, save me all your regrets. Honey, think about it twice ‘cause I’m not gonna beg. And if you wanna love me, baby, do it right. Treat me like an equal ‘cause I’m not yours, I’m mine. Love me, love me right (mmh, mmh). And I say love me, love me right (mmh, mmh). ‘Cause if you’re gonna break my heart (mmh, mmh). I don’t want it. You can take it back! (Alright, call me back tonight, bye!) (Have we got a deal?) Never said I don’t miss it. Being held by someone. Just to find the right person. But I don’t have no time (mmh, mmh). I know what I deserve. I know what I can learn. No perfection, no standards. Someone who understands. If you’re gonna leave me, save me all your regrets. Honey, think ‘bout it twice ‘cause I’m not gonna beg. And if you wanna love me, baby, do it right. Treat me like an equal ‘cause I’m not yours, I’m mine. Love me, love me right. And I say love me, love me right. ‘Cause if you’re gonna break my heart, I don’t want it. You can take it back! (I first met this girl in London Bridge, I went there in response to an anonymous letter).

Take me back to the rivers, flowing fast. Make it quick, there is no time. Beasts growl when they’re starving. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, this is wild. Let the jungle blow your mind. Feeling like an animal. Hell might feel like Heaven. Na, na, na. If you get hungry, you should make this trip. Don’t tell nobody, they might intervene. Save your regrets, there’s no time to overthink. Just come closer. Didn’t expect to get it so easily. Waves can move rougher when you are thirsty. Never said we couldn’t go on repeat. Na, na, na. Take me back to the rivers, flowing fast. Make it quick, there is no time. Beasts growl when they’re starving. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, this is wild. Let the jungle blow your mind. Feeling like an animal. Hell might feel like Heaven. Na, na, na. No expectations, just let yourself go. Follow your instincts, they already know. Wanna get rough even when you are soft. Say no more. It doesn’t matter if you’re insecure. No place to judge, no perfection at all. Just having fun, let the dog take control. Oh, oh, oh. Beware of the dog. You might get caught. Yeah, you’ve been warned. Beware of the dog. You might get caught. Yeah, you’ve been warned. Take me back to the rivers, flowing fast. Make it quick, there is no time. Beasts growl when they’re starving. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, this is wild. Let the jungle blow your mind. Feeling like an animal. Hell might feel like Heaven. Na, na, na. (Aah, aah) (Aah, aah) (Mmh, mmh)

Sweet Road 02:57
I am from a small city. My name’s like my old dad. I own just my illusions and they always drag me down. I’ve been heartbroken, in denial. I’ve had a few good laughs. But when it comes to living I’ve always had a hard time. I’ve grabbed my clothes and books. I put them in a bag. Said goodbye to my auntie. “I don’t know when I’ll come back”. She said “be careful with the road, strangers might get close. Your journey will end once you finally find your way back home.” Road, sweet road, take me back home. Oh-oh-oh, road, sweet road, take me back home. And old man let me travel behind his beat up truck. There I met a few people, they seemed as lost as I. I fell in love one, two, three times, but never got it right. A poet taught me living is like sunflowers blooming in sawdust. Buried my pain behind the whisky. My friends kept getting high. Broke, without a penny. Someone ditch me in the ally. And I’ve learnt about disaster, and loneliness and sadness. But on the road, my friend, I saw the beauty within the madness. Road, sweet road, take me back home. Oh-oh-oh, road, sweet road, take me back home. Road, sweet road, take me back home. Oh-oh-oh, road, sweet road, take me back home.

The Devil 03:03
Oh, I fell in love with the devil and the devil loved me back. He said: “Girl if I were human, I would have made you my wife.” Well I met him at a crossroad. He was hanging his head down. Standing still, but I was quite sure he was having a hard time. Then I dared to approach and ask him: “What is up with that long face?” He said: “maybe you don’t know this, but the devil is bored as hell”. Oh, oh, Devil, no. Let me help. He proceeded to look up and down. He told me to go away. He was tired of fools and losers who didn’t know their place. “If you are tired, dear devil, let me help you considerate. Not that my soul is for sale, but I can give you another thing.” “See those days I’m feeling lonely, my love died some time ago. If you want to keep me company feel free to come along.” Oh, oh, Devil, no. Come along. Oh, oh, Devil, no. I’m in love. Oh, I fell in love with the devil and the devil loved me back. He said: “Girl if I were human, I would have made you my wife.”

Nevada 02:32
(Oh oh) (Oh oh) (For us) (For us) Surrounded by people that never set boundaries. They listen, but not when you’re talking. They say that forever’s too mainstream. There is no word better than sorry. And they’ve never seen me flourish ‘cause I’ve been drowning in these waters. No other than me speaks so honestly. Like Hell I forgot that you shot me. They wanna take me but they can’t catch me. They wanna save me but they can’t fight me. There's a stranger in me. There’s a stranger in me. (Oh oh) (Oh oh) (For us) (For us) (Oh oh) (Oh oh) (For us) (For us) Strangers who ask what’s the reason for blaming. No blame in the way that I’m faking. All I’ve ever learnt is how to pretend. Now they worship me with devoutness. This red skin didn’t belong to me. They claim that my name’s like nicotine. They’ve got blind with waves of reality. All I’ve ever been is so lonely. They wanna take me but they can’t catch me. They wanna save me but they can’t fight me. There's a stranger in me. There’s a stranger in me. (Oh oh) (Oh oh) This world might seem too easy for us (For us) (For us) (Oh oh) (Oh oh) This world might seem too easy for us (For us) (For us)

Sirens 02:23
We’ve been stuck on this island. Can you hear the sirens? They keep fanning the fire. Heads down, they want us quiet. They don’t hear the current. We’ve been speaking in silence. Keep it clear, keep it louder ‘cause they brag words of violence. Oh, oh, oh, they brag words of violence. Oh, oh, now we’re speaking in silence. Oh, oh, keep it clear, keep it louder. Oh, oh, can you hear the sirens? Getting ready to praise, (getting ready to praise) nothing left in our brains. (nothing left in our brains) Taming our reflections ‘cause they’re smaller than our faith. (hey, hey, hey, hey) Letting anger eat us ‘cause it’s too scary facing ourselves. (facing ourselves) (oh, no) Poisoning our thoughts ‘cause it’s easier to teach what to say. (it’s easier to teach what to say) What is the use of kindness if they don’t get what’s a helping hand. (hey, hey, hey, hey) And nothing is for free ‘cause they always expect something in exchange. (something in exchange, no) Don’t you want something real? No. All perfection is fake. (oh-oh) Living, growing and rising like getting older is not in the plan. (ouch) Oh, oh, keep it clear, keep it louder. Oh, oh, now we’re speaking in silence. (Hazlo otra vez) Oh, oh, oh. (¿Qué?) (Que lo hagas otra vez) Oh, oh, oh, they brag words of violence. Oh, oh, can you hear the sirens?

Sorry 03:22
(Hey, it’s me... I know you probably don’t want to talk to me right now. I’m calling you ‘cause I found your old t-shirt, you know, the one with that scary skull I’ve never liked. I thought you’d maybe want to have it back... So...) Don’t know why I let you out. I wasn’t sure, but now I get it. You became my only one, I got scared and tried to end it. Honey, I just wanna try to get it right, amend my error. Maybe it’s selfish, I know that. I just wanna forget and make it better. Sorry, I broke all the promises made and I never said sorry. I blame myself because I took too much from all your loving. My ego got bigger, meanwhile you were getting lonely. So sorry. Take it easy, take it easy. Will I get away from this feeling? Take it easy, take it easy. Said I’m sorry but something’s missing. Take it easy, take it easy. Will I get away from this feeling? Take it easy, take it easy. Said I’m sorry but something’s missing. (So, well... Call me back if you can and... Yeah, just call me back. Hope you’re fine, tho. And if it’s of any worth, I’m sorry.) Don’t know why I let you out. I wasn’t sure, but now I get it. ou became my only one, I got scared and tried to end it. Honey, I just wanna try to get it right, amend my error. Maybe it’s selfish, I know that. I just wanna forget and make it better. Sorry Oh-oh So sorry (Saved all my insecurities and used them to drown me) Mmh-mmh
